August: Osage County premieres
December 25th 2013 in the US. The film is an adaptation of the homonymous *play
by Pulitzer Prize for Drama winner Tracy Letts who's also responsible for the
film's screenplay.
The play continues
to be a success in stage theaters across the world since 2007. The 2013 film
relies on director John Wells and performances by a brilliant cast of stars, Meryl
Streep, Julia Roberts, Ewan McGregor, Juliette Lewis counted among others. Moviegoers
will certainly be entertained on Christmas day. No premiere date for Portugal
yet released.
